This course provides an in-depth review of the New Mexico Medical Practice Act and the Board Rules that govern the practice of medicine in the state. Participants will learn about key legal requirements for licensure, scope of practice, and disciplinary actions, as well as their ethical and professional responsibilities under state law. The course is designed to ensure that physicians remain compliant with regulations, safeguard patient safety, and uphold the integrity of medical practice in New Mexico.
