If your course hasn't been reported to CE Broker and you don't see your certificate yet, you may have one final step to complete.

After finishing the course content, you must select the license you want the course reported to. This final step is required because many healthcare professionals hold multiple licenses and may not want their course reported to every state.

To complete this step:

1. Go to My Courses.
2. Find the course. If the final step hasn't been completed, the status will show "Selecting License."
3. Click "View" to go back into the course.
4. Select the license you want the course reported to. If you don't have a license entered, select "Manage Licenses" to add one.

Once you select your license, your course will be reported to CE Broker immediately (when applicable). Your certificate will also become available under My Courses, and a copy will be emailed to you.

If your course says "Selecting License," the course is not quite finished yet. Simply go back into the course and complete this final step.

If you have completed your course but don't see your certificate or your course hasn't been reported to CE Broker, you may still need to select the license you want the course reported to.

Some healthcare professionals hold licenses in multiple states. Because you may not want every course reported to every license, GetMyCME.com gives you the option to choose which license should receive your course completion.

1. Go to My Courses.
2. Find the course you completed. If your license has not been selected, the course status will say "Selecting License."
3. Click "View" to reopen the course.
4. Complete the final step by selecting the license you want the course reported to.
5. If your license isn't listed, select "Manage Licenses" to add it to your account.

Once you select your license, your course will be reported to CE Broker immediately (when applicable).

Your certificate will also become available under "My Courses," and a copy will be emailed to you.

Once you have completed all steps of the course, including selecting the license you want the course reported to, your certificate will be available in My Courses.

To find your certificate:

1. Go to My Courses.
2. Find the course you completed.
3. Select the certificate icon to open or download your certificate.

We will also email you a copy of your certificate once the course is fully completed.

Can't find your certificate? Check the course status in My Courses. If it says "Selecting License," you still need to complete the final license-selection step before your certificate will be available.
