The purpose of this course is to help healthcare providers recognize, understand, and address implicit biases that may impact patient care. Through evidence-based strategies and self-assessment tools, this course empowers clinicians to improve patient interactions, reduce health disparities, and foster a more inclusive, equitable healthcare environment. Participants will explore practical approaches to minimizing bias in clinical decision-making and building trust with diverse patient populations.
